Sash DiGaurdi shares this powerful devo with is today. I’m sure many of you have similar stories to tell. Ty Sash for sharing this. Beautiful!
The Tail of the Dragon in Tennessee/North Carolina is a downhill stretch of 11 miles with 318 big curves. It is a place that attracts many motorcyclists.
A few years ago two of my very good friends, Jim and his son Dave decided to ride it. Somewhere along the ride and for unknown reasons Jim lost control of his bike and went down causing massive, life threatening injuries. He still doesn’t know what happened. While he lay there with no signs of life Dave prayed to have his life spared but if it was no God’s will to please take him quickly and painlessly.
A little later a man walked to them and asked Dave if he could pray for his Dad. He said he wasn’t going to come out that day but God told him he should. He prayed the most beautiful prayer then just left. No one saw him leave or where he went.
Then and to this day they knew this ‘man’ was no a man but an Angel.
Years prior to this my wife,Michele was in a very hard labor with our first daughter, Bethany. As she prayed to have some of the pain eased, she saw not one, but a host of Angels floating over her head. The pain remained but she smiled and thanked God for sending His Angels.
I can’t and won’t go into how many times Angels were there for my sister Vick.
How many times have Angels been there for us and we were unaware.
Angels are mentioned over 300 times in the Bible acting as messengers, protectors, etc.
Hebrews 1 - 14. Isn’t it obvious that all Angels are sent to help out with those lined up to receive salvation?
Psalm 9 He ordered His Angels to guard you wherever you go.
God is good and so are His Angels!
Make it a Faith-filled Friday! God is good…
